    • I purchased the app from the Android Market, but it's not downloading

    This can happen for a number of reasons - eg. problems with the Android Market, card being declined.

    I tried to buy the from the Android Market, but my card is refused

    Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do to help in these scenarios. You will need to contact your card issuer.

  • Battery Stretch Functions

    • What are the widgets for?

    3 widgets are provided with Battery Stretch - 1 for toggling the Battery Stretch service itself, 1 for manually toggling mobile data, 1 for toggling flight mode.

    I uninstalled the app and now don't have any mobile data connection

    Depending on your version of Android, Battery Stretch works by either changing your APN settings or by using the disable data option.

    To restore you APN settings, goto Menu-> Settings-> Wireless and Networks-> Mobile Networks-> Access Point Names and remove the batStretDisabled text from the name.

    To enable mobile data, goto Menu-> Settings-> Wireless and Networks-> Mobile Networks-> and select the Data Enabled checkbox

    Sometimes when I turn my screen on, data doesn't automatically reconnect

    This is due to a bug in the Android OS, if you regularly get this problem, try the "Force Reconnect" in settings. However, please note if your sim card has a PIN, you may be prompted for this.

    I have a CDMA phone and Battery Stretch doesn't disable my data connection

    Unfortunately, at this time Battery Stretch doesn't support CDMA. However, you can still us Battery Stretch to benefit from better management of your wifi connectivity
